DSS releases suspended Ogun LG Chair, Adedayo

The suspended Chairman of Ijebu East Local Government, Wale Adedayo, who was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS), has been released.

According to a source Adedayo was released after his lawyer successfully completed his bail bond on Monday.

Wale Adedayo was detained after he claimed that Dapo Abiodun, the governor of Ogun State, had refused to give local councils in the state, federal funding that was owed to them over the previous two years.
