Lagos discharges another 45 COVID-19 patients
The Lagos State government on Sunday announced the discharge of 45 recovered patients from its facilities.
In a tweet from its official account, the government said: “Today, 45 fully recovered #COVID19Lagos patients; 18 females and 27 males including 4 foreign nationals were discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
“The patients; 19 from Eti-Osa (LandMark), 11 from Onikan and 15 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to #COVID19.
With them, the number of discharged cases in Lagos has risen to 1,740.
“Remember, it is now a criminal offense in Lagos State to go out without using a face-mask. Let’s adhere strictly to public advisories given by government.” the tweet added.
