Nigeria records 265 new COVID-19 cases, total now 7526

Nigeria recorded 265 new cases of the novel Coronavirus on Saturday, which brings total number of infections in the country to 7526.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control via its official twitter handle said the latest cases were recorded in 12 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

NCDC also disclosed that a total of 2174 patients have been discharged with 221 deaths recorded from the infection across the nation.
