Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has pledged to inject a staggering sum one billion naira to strengthen cooperative societies in the state for better operations and radical economic prosperity.

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC), on Wednesday, shared a total sum of N906.955 billion to the three tiers of government as federation allocation for the month of October.

The Oyo State Government has mandated all Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), parastatals, Local Government Councils, institutions of government, or any government official to henceforth not recognise, accept, or use any trade/professional license for official purpose without a valid tax clearance certificate of the holder of such trade/professional license.

The Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) has announced a digital approach to revenue collection for Hotel Occupancy and Restaurants Consumption Tax from establishments across the state.
