Buhari approves appointment of Soyele as FCE-ABK Provost

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Dr. Rafiu Adekola Soyele as the Sixth substantive provost of Federal College of Education Osiele, Abeokuta.

Director, Press and Public Relations, Federal Ministry of Education, Ben. Bem Goong, in a statement explained that the appointment is with effect from 14th September, 2021, and it’s for an initial period of Four (4) years in the first instance.

The statement further noted that until his appointment, Dr Soyele had been Head, Department of English, Director, Centre for Degree Programmes, Deputy Provost and acting Provost, all in the same institution.

Dr. Soyele is also the first alumnus of the institution to ever attain this feat in the institution’s year of existence.

He is also a member, Nigeria Institute of Management among other professional bodies.
