COVID-19: Ogun records 4 new cases, discharges 7

Ogun State on Monday recorded 4 new cases of the novel Coronavirus, bringing up total confirmed cases in the state to 1091 since the index case was reported in February.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control had on Monday night announced that the nation recorded 595 new cases of COVID-19 with Ogun among the state that reported new cases.

Ado-Odo/Ota Local government Area still remains the epic centre of the virus in the gateway state.

7 patients were also discharged from the state isolation centres, bringing to 743, the total number of cases so far discharged.

The State has sadly so far recorded a cumulative of 22 deaths, making it extremely important for the public to comply with recommended preventive measures against COVID-19.
