Nigeria records 409 COVID-19 cases, total now 13873

Nigeria recorded 409 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing total number of infections to 13873.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control also said that 17 new deaths were also recorded.

The 409 new cases were reported from 15 states and the FCT.

Lagos -201, FCT -85, Delta -22, Edo -16, Nasarawa -14, Borno -14, Kaduna -14, Bauchi -10, Rivers -9, Enugu -5, Kano -5, Ogun -4, Ondo -4, Bayelsa -2, Kebbi -2, Plateau -2.

According to NCDC, a total of 4,351 have been successfully treated and discharged while 382 patients have lost their lives to the virus.
