The All Progressives Congress (APC) has inaugurated a reconciliation committee toward addressing the crisis rocking the Ondo State chapter, leading to the impeachment proceedings against the deputy governor.
Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji on Monday joined the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Barr. Paul Omotoso and other prominent leaders of the party to receive no fewer than 200 card-carrying members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Efon Local Government Area of the state who officially defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ondo State House of Assembly on Tuesday redirected the state Chief Judge, Justice Olusegun Odusola to constitute a seven-man panel for the impeachment process of the deputy governor, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, following his failure to respond to the letter of Notice served on him on Sept. 25 over allegations of gross misconduct.
