Ogun State House of Assembly has acknowledged the receipt of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s commissioner nominees for screening and confirmation.

The governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Abeokuta, the state capital, on Tuesday dismissed an objection raised by counsel to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Gordy Uche, SAN, to the effect that under cross-examination, the petitioner’s witness must not be asked to compare witness statement with statements made by other Petititoners’ statements not authored by the witness.
