A former Governor of Ogun State and Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has denied his purported plan to join the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Thursday, declared that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will not reduce itself to the “gutter level” of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr Nyesom Wike, just as he disclosed that the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) will take a stand on zoning and other issues during its meeting on Monday.
The Ogun State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has affirmed the suspension of two members of the party in Ogun State, Senator Gbenga Daniel and Hon. Kunle Folarin, by their respective wards for alleged anti-party activities.
